Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:
All items are shipped express with tracking through Australia Post. Signature on delivery is required. Please allow up to 2 working days for packing and handling. Expected shipping times:

Victoria: 1-2 business day
New South Whales:1-2 business day
Queensland:1-2 business day
Northern Territory:1-3 business day
South Australia:1-3 business day
Western Australia:1-3 business day

Please allow additional time if shipping to non metro regions. 

 International Shipping:

All items are shipped with Express Mail Service (EMS). Expected delivery times range from 4-7 days for most countries with some taking up to 15 days. All items will be tracked with signature on delivery required.

Please allow up to 1 working day to process shipment, once the item has been handed off, the tracking number will work on: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
The tracking will display pending until the item has been scanned in, please allow a few hours if the tracking does not work immediately.
